The survey period ranges from 1998 to 2017. As per information of the graph, in 1998, the number of mobile phone users were 0.25 million which rose to 2 million in 2000 . In 2003 , the number increasing stood at 3.50 million. The years 2005 and 2007 show the numbers of mobile phone users to be 4.25 millions and [গণিত] millions respectively. In 2010 , we notice an increase in the figure which is 7.80 million. Surprisingly, this number increased to 15.80 milli in 2017 .
