উত্তর: A Farmer and His Wonderful Goose Once there lived a poor farmer. He had a goose. It used to lay a golden egg every day. He sold the golden egg in the market. He was very greedy. He thought that the stomach of the goose was full of eggs. He desired to get all the eggs at a time so that he could be a rich man quickly. In order to satisfy his greed, he cut the belly of the goose open but found no egg there. He became extremely disappointed and lost the valuable goose forever. Far from becoming rich, he became poorer. Through this incident (ঘটনা), the farmer understood that excessive greed for quick money had brought about (ডেকে এনেছিল) misfortune (দুর্ভাগ্য) for him. He held himself responsible for the misfortune.
