The kind-hearted villagers heard his cry and rushed to the spot with sticks to save the cowboy. But when they came near, they found no tiger and the cowboy laughed simply at them. After a few days, the boy had the same fun. The villagers ran to him again. But they found no. tiger and the boy laughed at them in the same way. The villagers became very angry and advised the boy not to have that kind of fun in the future. But one day, a tiger really came. They started to kill the cows one by one. The cowboy was frightened. He shouted desperately, "Tiger! Tiger! Help! Help!" But none came to help him. The villagers heard him but thought that the boy was again trying to fool them. The tiger killed a number of his cows and then killed the cowboy.
