Morality is about the appropriateness of goodness of what a person does, thinks or feels. Morality helps one to make right moral judgment and thus present morally acceptable behaviour. The youth of today don't possess strong moral values. Their values are getting deteriorated day by day. There are various reasons behind this condition. Firstly, we can blame the overall condition of the modern world. Today the parents cannot give their children enough time. So the children don't get proper nurture, Secondly, there is an increase in global information technologies. Using them the youth are getting influenced by online bad sides. Thirdly, they are getting exposed to foreign culture through satellite channels. Fourthly, the youth are not given enough religious teachings. If we want to stop the moral degradation of the young generation, we have to take some steps. We have to give proper nurture to the youth. The parents have to give more time to their children. At the same time, the youth have to be given proper religious teachings.
