There are so many social media sites on the virtual platform. These are Facebook- the most popular one, X or Twitter, Instagram, imo, WhatsApp, etc. These are social networking services and Internet-based social networks. These are the best medium of communication that allow us to share our ideas, feelings, interest, and activities with various people, our friends, family members, and near and dear ones, and let us keep updated. However, the great blessing of modern science has some drawbacks too. Many young boys and girls become addicted to it and spend more time on it than studies. Sometimes, privacy is not ensured. Some people devoid of common sense post indecent pictures. Seeing these pictures, the tender minds of youngsters severely get damaged. So, social media does not bring good effects when it is used abusively. In this regard, the guardians have duties and responsibilities towards their children. They have to have their careful eyes, especially on their school-going children, who can become the victims of social media's bad effects very easily.
