With due respect I beg to state that during class hours many illegal outsiders enter the college campus and get themselves involved in various unwanted activities. They tease the girls, make bad sounds, sometimes sing loudly and pick quarrels with the students. Thus these trespassers are spoiling the atmosphere of the college. In fear of them, students especially girls always remain scared and so cannot move freely. I, therefore, pray and hope that you should be kind enough to take immediate measures against these perverted outsiders to ensure the peace and order of the college campus and oblige obediently.
