Writing Formal Letters for setting up an English Language Club

উত্তর: 02 July 2024 The Principal Mymensingh City College Mymensingh Subject: Application for setting up an English Language Club Sir, We, the students of your college, would like to inform you that we are learning English in our classes in communicative method . This method is helpful for acquiring four skills of language listening, speaking, reading and writing. We are very much aware of the necessity of learning English, and so, we want to develop these skills. But we have little scopefor acquiring the speaking and listening skills in the classroom. For this, we need a separate session as well as an environment in order to practice English. A language club is the best solution in this regard. Our English Lecturer, Mr Kamruzzaman is also interested to guide us in the club to develop our English. We, therefore, hope that you would kindly allow us to establish an English Language Club in the college premises () to develop our skills in English language and oblige thereby.
