Sara, being a kind- hearted girl, went near the woman with her brother. She asked the woman, "What's the matter, aunty? Why are you crying?" The woman replied in a broken voice that her baby was very sick with a high fever and she had no money to buy medicine or see a doctor. Sara's heart melted with pity. She looked at her brother, who also felt very sad for the poor woman and her baby. Sara had some pocket money which she was saving to buy a new storybook. Without a second thought, she took out all the money and gave it to the woman. She said, "Aunty, please take this money and take your baby to a doctor." Her brother also gave his tiffin money to her. The woman was overwhelmed with gratitude and blessed the children with tears of joy in her eyes. Sara and her brother felt a deep sense of happiness and satisfaction in their hearts. They learned that the joy of helping others is greater than any personal pleasure.
