According to the information on the graph, in January, 20% of students were absent. In February, the rate of absence of the students rose to 25% while in March, it came down to 17%. In April, the rate of absence again rose and stood at 30%. The months May, June and July show the rates to be 20%, 25% and 20% respectively. In the next three months, namely August, September and October, the rates of absence were 30%, 27% and 25% respectively. Thus, it is clear that the rates of absence of the students kept wavering over the months. But, in April and August, the rates of absence (30%) were highest and same. The second highest absence occurred in September (27%). The third highest absence occurred in the months of February, June and October (25%).
