When there were no social media, people used view cards or photos for exchanging greetings, which were delivered by post mails or emails. Post mail was a very slow process. But today with the aid of Social media, we can share photos and videos among our friends. We can exchange views or ideas on various things and messages with people on Social media. Thus, we can always keep connected with people, our friends and family members. People across the country or the world share or exchange views, new happenings, etc. with us. Thus, it keeps us updated. However, an Internet connection is needed to use Social media in computers, laptops, tablets, smart mobile phones or any other mobile phone having any Social media application. But this great blessing of modern science has some disadvantages too. Many young boys and girls become addicted to it and spend more time on it than studies. Sometimes, privacy is not ensured.
